Duke was able to get an exciting victory over archrival North Carolina on Saturday night with a dramatic comeback and plenty of clutch shots at the end of regulation and overtime. Coming off of that emotional win, will the Blue Devils be up for hosting the Florida State Seminoles?

Florida State has covered four of its past five games against Duke, and has been doing the little things to find itself tied with Duke for the second spot in the ACC. The Seminoles rank 10th in the country in free-throw shooting percentage and have been solid on defense, ranking 26th in points-per-possession allowed.

Duke also has done a good job on defense, ranking 11th in the country, and both teams have depth. Both teams have 10 players averaging at least 10 minutes per game, and Duke has eight different players who shoot at least 32.9 percent from 3-point range. Florida State will look to neutralize that by cutting off the passing lanes. Florida State is sixth in the country in fewest possessions that have an assist for opponents.

Florida State is certainly facing a talented opponent, but with Duke coming off a dramatic overtime game in what is arguably the biggest rivalry in college basketball coupled with the Seminoles getting points should allow Florida State to cover for the fifth time in its past six games against Duke.

The play: Florida State, +8 ¹/₂.
